Hawee M&E kick off the 900 billion VND project - Masteri Waterfont

On August 23, 2021, Hawee Mechanical and Electrical Joint Stock Company (Hawee M&E) officially kicked-off the Masteri Waterfront project in Vinhomes Ocean Park Urban Area, Gia Lam, Hanoi of Masterise Group investor.

As the main contractor for the project, Hawee M&E is responsible for:

The construction of medium voltage systems to the receiving equipment in the condominiums.

Water, sewage system to the receiving equipment in the condominiums (for gardening and pool systems).

HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air-conditioning)

Lighting for gardens, pools, landscapes

Low voltage systems with CCTV, PA, Video Door phone, Lan-Tel TV

Fire prevention/protection with sprinklers, alarms, N2 fire extinguisher in lobbies and wall corners
